Human Resources Executive

Main tasks

Payroll and Compensation & Benefits

  • Responsible for managing Cadena system to prepare monthly payroll (local & expat) and salary payment process timely and correctly;
  • Responsible for preparing salary reports, closely working with Finance & Accounting department to clarify the monthly payroll;
  • Responsible for declaration, reconciliation of Social insurance, personal income tax, medical health program as per mandatory requirement;
  • Responsible to manage employee list register to health insurance program with health insurance company;
  • Responsible for managing employee leave record following leave request system, updating system and reconciliation with employees when needed;
  • Responsible for all external reports to authorities to comply with local law requirements, including but not limited to the social insurance department, tax department, labor department, etc.;
  • Assist Human Resources Manager in preparing the annual operating budget;
  • Other reports as and when required.

Employee data and contract management

  • Collect new hire information and update in Cadena system in a timely manner and store correctly in both soft and hard copy;
  • Prepare offer letter, labor contract for a new hire, contract renewal, salary adjustment, confirmation letter and termination process;
  • Conduct periodic surveys to assess the salary, bonus and welfare package of companies in the same field for timely adjusting;
  • Remind line manager of the probation appraisal, contract renewal appraisal, etc.;
  • Responsible for managing and registering work permits, temporary resident cards and other processes related to expatriates.


  • Use expertise to identify gaps in current policies, improving policy application and effectiveness;
  • Recommend additional processes and/or policies that will enhance the C&B function and HR service delivery;
  • Responsible for checking and comparing documents from member hotels in corresponding with current processes and regulations of AKYN Group, ensuring all records of salary payment, bonus and welfare regimes of employees are in compliance with prescribed regulations approved by AKYN.

Employee engagement

  • Participating in organizing periodic employee engagement activities as scheduled;
  • Assist Human Resources Manager in planning annual employee engagement activities.

  • College/ Bachelor’s degree in the related field;
  • Well-organized, multitask, detail-oriented, problem-solving;
  • Good attitude, honest and proactive;
  • Solid knowledge of local and expatriate practices and policies for benefits & compensation;
  • Good connection & relations with local authorities of Insurance & Tax Agent;
  • Good command of English.
