As a young passionate and aspiring youngster, I started my journey at AKYN – a start-up in the hospitality industry – with connection, and I call it “Mission Value”.
The hospitality industry is considered as the industry that shows the connection between people and people, between people and nature in the most profound and clear way. The idea of AKYN was formed from that concept. “AKYN” carries the energy to convey the modernity, innovation as well as connect the spirit of a young, dynamic and creative team.
In each hotel, that connection comes from a friendly smile when welcoming distant guests with hospitality, from each room carefully prepared to create a warm feeling like at home, or from the delicate dishes which are served with sincerity and respect. All will spread joy and great inspiration to each traveler throughout the journey.
For me, that connection opens up opportunities, challenges and experiences to vigorously walk on my journey of a thousand miles, together with the effortful and dedicated people at AKYN to build true values in the hospitality industry. The value of that connection is not only how we create a memorable journey for visitors, but also how we preserve the natural beauty and our unique culture harmony in each destination.
