Project Legal Specialist

Responsible for preparation of all necessary dossiers/documents needed for submission to Government Agencies in the process of project developing. Ensure that the project is following the latest applicable legal requirements in project development field.

Food & Beverage Manager

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage outlets, assuring that hotels service standards are met, and guest expectations exceeded, setting and effectively communicate the Food and Beverage goals and strategy; actively participating in the hotel’s annual budget preparation and driving the overall F&B revenue in conjunction with the property teams.

Marketing & Communications Manager

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the overall creative service, Public Relations/Ad, and web/E-marketing of the company.
This position will be based 70% at Ho Chi Minh City office and 30% at The Secret Côn Đảo hotel (Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu)

Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the online marketing strategy of the company by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns; launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness of the company. Digital Marketing Executive will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company brands’ social media presence.

QS Specialist

QS Specialist manages all costs from the initial calculations to the final figures of the Project handle. Ensure that Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) and/or claims of Contractors are true and correct and validated by enough documents. Assist with Commercial Manager in managing the master budget control, cooperate with Project Team to develop and manage Possible VE list if any, review and process progress requests for payment, ensure that works are properly coordinated and carried out following contractual obligations and owners’ instructions, prepare weekly, monthly and other reports as required.

Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Department including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, training and development, association/labor relations, performance management; focuses on delivering Human Resources services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures.

Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager oversees all purchasing activities of AKYN Hospitality Group (“Group”), including the development of purchasing procedures, policies and the execution of purchasing of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) and Fixed Furniture & Equipment (FF&E) for hotel projects and other equipment serving for the operation of the Group.

Director of Revenue Management

Leads Revenue Management in executing analysis activities focusing on revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel(s)’ rooms and space inventory in a given market.

Chief Security

Chief Security is responsible for the overall protection of hotel property and to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees whilst in the confines of the hotel.
